Join us for International Coastal Cleanup Day 2026
Every year, people around the world come together for International Coastal Cleanup Day to help tackle marine litter and protect our coasts and seas.
This September, HELCOM is joining the global effort with a beach cleanup in Helsinki.
Come along and help us remove litter from the shoreline while contributing to a cleaner and healthier Baltic Sea.
Everyone is welcome to take part. Please bring your own gloves and containers or bags for collecting litter, and dress appropriately for the weather.
