WP1: Project coordination & management

The project takes an inclusive and integrated approach, guided by close cooperation with HELCOM's Working Group on Biodiversity (WG BIODIV), which serves as its Advisory Board. This link provides a direct channel to regional policy, ensuring that the project's results actively support and shape decision-making across the Baltic Sea.

The Project Management Team works hand in hand with Work Package leads and task teams to keep progress on track, monitoring both deadlines and quality standards. 

By anticipating challenges early and designing practical solutions, they protect the project’s integrity and help secure its long-term impact.
